What you'll do

• Develop and maintain knowledge of office programs
• build and maintain relationships and identify new outreach opportunities
• coordinate educational forums and public appearances
• speak publicly about programs
• support strategic outreach planning and constituent services
• schedule and manage I-Cash events and assist claimants with unclaimed-property searches
• research opportunities to advance programs.
