Materials Planner

Job overview

What you'll do

• Translate demand into material plans
• identify shortages and supply risks
• coordinate actions across procurement, production, engineering, quality, and program management
• manage complex planning assignments
• improve planning processes
• use MRP and ERP systems, bills of material, work orders, inventory records, lead times, and engineering changes
• analyze planning data in Excel
• mentor less experienced team members.
