The Early Head Start Co-Teacher works onsite at Wonderspring’s STAR 4 Pottstown Center in Pottstown, PA; compensation is $17 per hour. Working with another co-teacher, this position helps create a nurturing, relationship-based classroom through lesson planning, responsive caregiving, supervision, and learning experiences. What you'll do

• Partner with a co-teacher to plan and implement lessons and activities
• share classroom care, active supervision, and learning experiences
• provide feeding, diapering, and sleep-routine care
• build relationships with children, families, and staff
• observe and document development
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
