The Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator role is onsite in Manville, RI, with compensation of $35–$50 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete MDS assessments accurately and by established deadlines
• verify compliance with federal, state, and facility requirements
• supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission
• investigate and resolve discrepancies
• prepare and present MDS reports to the Director of Nursing and leadership
• provide feedback to clinical teams
• support surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
• maintain Medicare and Medicaid compliance
• contribute to MDS-related quality improvement initiatives
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
