Specimen Processor/Collector — Day Shift, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Collect urine, blood, and other specimens
• identify patients and specimens
• enter outpatient orders and patient information into the Laboratory Information System
• process, centrifuge, prepare, package, and ship specimens
• facilitate drug screens
• maintain specimen integrity
• order phlebotomy supplies
• follow universal precautions, OSHA standards, and HIPAA guidelines
• maintain clean work areas and provide customer service.
