Preschool Lead Teacher

The Preschool Lead Teacher role is onsite in Oconomowoc, WI. Compensation is $16.20–$21.06 per hour. The teacher works under the School Director to create a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment. The role leads classroom operations and delivers curriculum that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs. It also partners with families and team members and follows licensing, safety, and supervision requirements.

What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom
• build professional relationships with children and families
• respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan, deliver, and document curriculum
• maintain safe supervision
• document and report incidents
• follow company policies and licensing requirements
• participate in required training and professional development.
