What you'll do

• Manage buildings and grounds across five buildings
• ensure facilities and utilities are operational
• handle maintenance work orders and repairs
• identify facility issues and propose solutions
• conduct regular building and residential unit checks
• coordinate HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, and other contractors
• maintain repair records
• support tenant move-ins and move-outs
• oversee vehicle maintenance
• coordinate facility scheduling and upgrades
• support the facilities budget
• oversee emergency fire and safety matters. The posting states evening and weekend accessibility and on-call work as needed for emergencies and other needs.
