What you'll do

• Supervise front office team members
• provide customer care and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
• use suggestive selling to support room occupancy and revenue
• train and direct front desk staff
• ensure accurate processing of charges and invoices
• maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• coordinate with group and travel agents
• assist with sales and marketing as directed
• operate EPBX equipment and manage cash transactions
• maintain logbooks and follow check-in and security procedures
• assume responsibility when the General Manager is absent.
