What you'll do

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs
• respond to work orders and resident requests
• prepare vacated units
• complete preventive maintenance and property walks
• maintain common areas and grounds, including snow and ice removal
• assist with supply inventory and vendor coordination
• support inspections and turnover planning
• and follow safety and emergency procedures. Evening and weekend on-call rotations are required.
