The manager leads branch service operations and customer relationships, overseeing service staff and performance while supporting service, parts, and rental goals and maintaining safe, effective operations.

What you'll do

• Directly manage technicians and service department staff
• maintain customer relations and resolve complaints
• manage service accounts, pricing, and plans
• review service, parts, and rental performance reports
• develop improvement initiatives
• communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal leaders
• oversee safety plans, training, and incident documentation
• coach and evaluate employees
• and support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as needed.
