Job overview

The Fabricator role is onsite in Mojave, CA, with pay of $24.25–$30 per hour. The position supports daily production at a heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication operation producing finished steel components for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role exists to produce rebar steel products to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals. It operates fabrication equipment, interprets drawings and work orders, inspects finished products, prepares items for shipment, and reports equipment, safety, and quality concerns.

What you'll do

• Operate fabrication machinery to produce rebar steel products
• interpret production drawings, cut lists, bend schedules, and instructions
• inspect equipment and finished products
• bundle, secure, tag, and stage products
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• report equipment, production, safety, and quality issues
• follow OSHA, PPE, and company procedures.
