What you'll do

• Clean offices, bathrooms, and other facility spaces
• dust and wet-mop floors and stairways
• vacuum carpet
• strip and wax floors and operate a power buffer
• clean furniture, windows, mirrors, doors, and walls
• operate KAIVAC and IMOP equipment
• sanitize drinking fountains and restrooms and replenish supplies
• check lights and secure windows and entrances
• report irregular activities and maintenance needs
• move furniture
• empty trash and sweep entrances
• mow lawns and shovel snow as needed
• provide coverage for other custodians.
