What you'll do

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff and assist with access procedures
• follow site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities
• monitor entry activity, verify visitor credentials, issue access materials, and maintain visitor records
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• direct visitors and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
