What you'll do

• Lead hiring strategy and execution across machine learning, autonomy, systems engineering, controls, and localization
• personally run leadership and key-hire searches from sourcing through close
• hire, coach, and manage a team of 4–5 recruiters
• develop quarterly hiring plans
• review pipeline and funnel metrics with engineering leaders
• map talent markets
• calibrate role profiles, interview processes, and hiring decisions
• build recruiting reports
• partner with Total Rewards on offer strategy.
