What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows and Mac computers
• support Microsoft 365, Epicor ERP, engineering applications, warehouse devices and systems, printers, Wi-Fi, and conference room technology
• configure mobile devices
• respond to and triage Freshservice tickets
• follow SLAs
• maintain ticket notes and asset records
• identify recurring issues
• provide onsite support at New Jersey locations and travel periodically to other sites.
