Customer Experience Lead — Cordova Store

What you'll do

• Deliver the Fit2Run Fit process and model selling behaviors
• support team members in improving conversion and average transaction value
• address customer concerns and escalate as needed
• serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• open and close the store
• delegate tasks and monitor floor coverage
• coach and support team members
• assist with onboarding and training when needed
• maintain cleanliness, organization, visual presentation, inventory, and merchandising.
