IT Field Engineer

What you'll do

• Conduct onsite discovery and document IT assets for Business Transformation Assessments
• support implementation and troubleshooting of networking, server, computer, virtualization, security, and cloud technologies
• collaborate with Service Desk and Operations on client maintenance plans
• work with client line-of-business vendors
• remediate user computing issues onsite
• coordinate with the Technical Operations Center and other resources to resolve issues
• document issues and onsite labor in the ticket system
• participate in training and manufacturer certifications
• maintain customer and vendor relationships
• document customer network status and activities.
