What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support 8–10 production employees
• remain active on the production floor
• address employee questions and workflow issues
• meet production schedules and quality standards
• assist with ingredient pulling, staging, and production lines
• monitor product preparation
• oversee accurate and safe palletization according to freezer storage standards
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment
• communicate shift performance and staffing needs
• train new employees and reinforce procedures.
