Direct Care Staff

· Work on service plan goals with the member as outlined in the service plan. · Provide skill development to members in their home and community as outlined in the service plan. Utilize intervention steps and document member response and engagement, as well as staff intervention in EHR. · Identify and utilize the member’s safety plan and self-care plan when in crisis.
