CNC Operator – 3rd Shift

The CNC Operator – 3rd Shift role is onsite at the Savanna, IL manufacturing facility. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Pay is $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2-per-hour shift premium. MacLean-Fogg designs and manufactures engineered components and solutions for automotive and industrial markets. The operator produces components to specification while supporting quality, safety, and efficient production. The role includes machine operation, inspection, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and maintaining an organized work area.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machines to produce components to specifications
• inspect completed work
• troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments
• read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain a clean work area under 5S standards
• follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
