What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts, etc.
• Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies.
• Maintain proper chemical amounts and temperatures for the dish machine and sinks.
• Conduct closedown procedures including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and ensuring equipment is turned off and storage areas are locked.
