What you'll do

• Support mobile devices
• monitor and process service desk email, cases, and voicemail
• create and assign cases
• assist with employee equipment moves
• pre-image replacement machines
• install Windows and certified software
• support user conferences
• assist with equipment inventory
• maintain service desk documentation and software images
• create and maintain employee IDs, mailboxes, storage, and equipment.
