What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• review, validate, and process loan, check-cashing, money-transfer, and payment transactions
• offer personalized financial services
• enter and maintain customer information in the point-of-sale system
• complete inbound and outbound call campaigns
• accept payments and manage customer appointments
• maintain store appearance
• follow security and opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash-drawer management
• comply with company policies and applicable laws
• participate in ongoing training.
