The attorney structures, negotiates, and documents sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, managing matters from initial structuring through closing. The work includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, due diligence, and client coordination.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
• structure, negotiate, and document acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financing, joint ventures, development, and investment transactions
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• conduct due diligence and coordinate closings
• work with lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, and institutional clients
• collaborate across practice groups.
