What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage personal trainers
• drive personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion
• conduct fitness assessments, onboarding, and sales presentations
• hire, onboard, and develop trainers
• manage schedules, bookings, and department operations
• track sales, session volume, retention, and engagement
• maintain a gym-floor presence
• collaborate on club events and initiatives.
