Machine Operator

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Dundee, MI, on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule, with day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at $18.75 per hour or night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. at $20.25 per hour. The role supports Clean Tech’s work to give previously used materials new life through recycling. The operator runs plastic recycling equipment and helps maintain safe, consistent production. Equipment troubleshooting, changeovers, quality checks, material feeding, and production tracking contribute to producing post-consumer plastic resin.

What you'll do

• Monitor and operate plastic recycling equipment safely
• perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• lead process changeovers, quality checks, and production tracking
• feed lines with raw materials
• operate a forklift to move materials as needed
• maintain the work area to 5S standards.
