What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the VP of Development and Institutional Partnerships team
• coordinate meetings, events, donor visits, invitations, presentations, and site visits
• assist with letters of inquiry, grant applications, and reports
• conduct prospect research
• maintain partner, gift, and plan records in Tessitura
• support donor acknowledgements and recognition
• assist with Lyric and Development events, special projects, and Board meetings
• provide customer service to VIP donors.
