Parts Counterperson

The Parts Counterperson role is onsite in Liberty Lake, WA. Pay is $23–$32 per hour. The position supports Dobbs Peterbilt’s commercial truck dealership operations and customer uptime. The counterperson identifies and supplies the correct parts, manages transactions and returns, and provides responsive service to internal and external customers. Accurate parts support helps customers keep commercial vehicles operating and supports dealership sales and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Serve customers at the counter and by phone
• identify parts using electronic catalogs and business systems
• provide pricing, availability, and sourcing options
• recommend related items and alternatives
• process invoices and collect payments
• manage returns, cores, and warranty claims
• maintain inventory through binning, stocking, and housekeeping
• identify inventory discrepancies and slow-moving parts
• maintain a customer-ready counter and display
• participate in product training and customer outreach.
