Parking Lot Asphalt and Concrete Repair Technician

Job overview

The Parking Lot Asphalt and Concrete Repair Technician role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with compensation of $16–$22 per hour. The work is primarily outdoors at parking lots, roadways, and other paved surfaces. The technician inspects pavement and completes repairs and preventive maintenance to restore the condition and safety of paved areas while minimizing disruption to their use.

What you'll do

• Inspect paved surfaces and assess repair needs
• perform crack sealing, pothole patching, and resurfacing
• prepare damaged areas and apply repair materials
• operate equipment such as skid-steer loaders, patching machines, and concrete mixers
• follow safety procedures and use PPE
• document work and materials
• coordinate task priorities with supervisors and communicate progress to clients or site managers.
