What you'll do

• Lead operational performance across multiple childcare and early childhood education centers
• visit sites and coach Center Directors
• monitor enrollment, staffing, retention, labor, revenue, P&L performance, and business metrics
• partner with franchise owners on planning and improvements
• support recruiting, training, licensing, safety, operational reviews, enrollment, family experience, and new center openings.
