What you'll do

• Help develop and implement programs for middle and high school students
• coordinate activities with the Teen Director and YMCA management
• facilitate daily clubs and small-group activities
• monitor enrollment and participation
• support teen recruitment
• ensure required training and events are completed
• maintain program areas, supplies, reports, and tracking
• communicate program concerns
• follow YMCA policies and training requirements.
