What you'll do

• Manage the restaurant’s profit and loss and review financial results

• address guest issues and feedback
• engage the local community and execute local marketing initiatives
• enforce health, safety, cleanliness, security, fire, operational, and brand standards
• troubleshoot equipment issues and seek maintenance support.
