Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Lowell, MA; pay is $21–$23 per hour. Loved Ones Care provides Adult Foster Care, Group Adult Foster Care, personal care, and homemaking services through its MassHealth provider program. The aide supports adults in their homes and communities with person-centered daily care and household tasks, helping members maintain safety, comfort, and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and continence care
• provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping
• support safe transfers and ambulation according to care plans
• prompt meals, hydration, toileting, and other daily needs
• offer companionship and emotional support
• observe and report changes
• complete visit notes and EVV documentation
• follow care plans, agency procedures, and safety protocols
• and assist with authorized errands or accompany members as permitted.
