The role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and assess candidates, and coordinate hiring from outreach through interviews. Building talent pipelines and maintaining accurate recruiting records helps the operation fill current and future roles across skilled trades, production, engineering, and other functions.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to define positions, skills, and success criteria
• recruit for skilled trades, maintenance, production, engineering, quality, supervisory, leadership, technical, and professional roles
• proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines
• screen and interview candidates and provide feedback
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• maintain candidate and recruiting information in HRIS/ATS
• participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach.
