The Procurement Operations Manager role is onsite in Foster City, CA, with a base salary of $182,000–$219,000 per year. Zoox’s Procurement & Strategic Partnerships team builds sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships that support its autonomous vehicle mission. This role supports the deployment and oversight of a procurement business process outsourcing engagement and improves procurement operations. It helps establish procedures and governance, monitor service performance, coordinate projects, and support day-to-day procure-to-pay workflows.

What you'll do

• Support deployment and day-to-day oversight of the managed service provider BPO engagement covering offshore BuyDesk, sourcing, supplier management, and contracting support
• help build SOPs, governance, and escalation workflows
• track KPIs and SLAs
• participate in procurement improvement projects
• partner with stakeholders on scalable solutions
• manage multiple projects
• use Zip and Ariba for requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice workflows.
