What you'll do

• Provide clean silverware and dishes
• clean inside and outside the restaurant, restrooms, parking lot, dumpster, trash cans, back dock, and utility area. Follow the duty roster and local health department laws. Stock cook, line, and server areas with glasses, silverware, and dishes. Maintain organization, speed, and cleanliness
• report equipment or facility problems to the Manager
• follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
