Vehicle Exchange Manager

The role helps retain service customers and support dealership inventory objectives by guiding vehicle exchanges, appraising eligible vehicles, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. It manages the Vehicle Exchange Department and reports to dealership management.

What you'll do

• Serve as liaison between service customers and the dealership
• present upgrade, trade-in, purchase, and lease options
• guide customers through vehicle exchanges
• follow up after purchases and exchanges
• appraise eligible vehicles and identify acquisition opportunities
• coordinate with the Used Car Department on inventory needs
• make outbound calls and generate appointments
• maintain CRM records and performance reports
• manage the Vehicle Exchange Department.
