What you'll do

• Prepare prescribed solutions and administer anesthetics
• inform the physician of patient condition during anesthesia
• conduct pre- and post-anesthesia visits and document anesthesia notes
• provide anesthesia care in consultation with the attending anesthesiologist
• maintain patient records
• assist with patient transport
• participate in departmental teaching and continuing education
• provide resuscitative care as indicated.
