What you'll do

• Build a pipeline of mortgage prospects through referrals, networking, community involvement, and real estate partnerships
• consult with borrowers and recommend mortgage solutions
• communicate with borrowers and partners throughout the loan process
• assist with pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and applications
• collect and verify financial documents
• coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing staff
• monitor loan progress
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• maintain loan records
• track pipeline activity and production.
