What you'll do

• Plan and organize data center construction projects
• coordinate with project managers, trades, and vendors
• oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and HVAC equipment installation
• track production, schedules, materials, procurement, costs, and project documentation
• manage inspections, punch lists, change orders, and commissioning-related work
• mentor assistant superintendents, coordinators, and field personnel.
