What you'll do

• Lead engineering teams across product areas and platforms
• promote AI-powered engineering tools and workflows
• partner with Product leadership on technical strategy and roadmaps
• establish scalable systems and development standards
• oversee product and infrastructure architecture, development, testing, deployment, and reliability
• guide technical decisions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, and platform work
• align execution with business outcomes
• foster accountability and continuous improvement.
