Operations Manager — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and brand standards
• increase drive-site sales through targeted marketing, customer service, and efficient operations
• maintain the vehicle fleet, including maintenance and washes
• approve and post instructor schedules
• answer calls and emails
• address customer service needs
• maintain instructor licenses and certifications
• engage with the local community
• ensure staff follow operating standards and complete tasks accurately.
