The Asset Protection & Safety Associate I/II role is onsite in Heath, OH, working Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Compensation is $17 per hour. The role supports Carvana’s Safe & Secure team in protecting associates, customers, vehicles, and site operations. The associate monitors access and vehicle movement, identifies safety and security concerns, and responds to incidents. Accurate observations, reporting, and safety practices help keep the site secure and operational around the clock.

What you'll do

• Serve as a gate contact for associates, vendors, and visitors
• monitor cameras and investigate intrusion alerts
• enforce entry and exit procedures using the Safe & Secure App and RFID technology
• document vehicle movement
• respond to emergencies with first aid, CPR, and AED training
• conduct safety audits and identify hazards
• support weather-related site operations
• scan vehicles and report location research.
