What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and verify credentials and visitor authorization
• prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation
• communicate with site contacts and leadership.
