Job overview

The Golf & Sports Turf Team Member role is onsite in Waukee, IA, with work at golf and sports turf project sites. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience. The role supports RJ Lawn & Landscape’s golf and sports turf construction and maintenance work. Working under the Golf & Sports Turf Crew Leader, the team member provides hands-on labor across construction and maintenance assignments. The work helps crews complete projects on compressed timelines while maintaining safe, clean, and quality job sites.

What you'll do

• Perform hands-on labor at golf course and sports turf construction and maintenance sites
• assist with grading, shaping, planting, hauling, material handling, equipment staging, and cleanup
• support turf maintenance including aeration, topdressing, and general site work
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• follow Crew Leader instructions
• attend company meetings as requested
• and support company vision, mission, and core values. Snow removal may be assigned.
