What you'll do

• Deliver guest hospitality and help maintain store flow
• delegate tasks fairly when serving in shift leadership
• maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
• organize assigned opening and closing duties
• follow food safety, cleanliness, cash management, safety, and security practices
• assist with new teammate training
• communicate teammate performance feedback and production goals to the General Manager
• coach teammates with clear, timely, and respectful feedback. Shift-leader duties apply after learning teammate positions and assuming that role.
