What you'll do

• Plan the production day and assess proposed demand
• hold an opening meeting with plant staff
• oversee production activities
• operate plant equipment and start, shut down, clean, and sanitize equipment
• coordinate with Quality Assurance on the master sanitation schedule
• complete changeovers and logbook duties
• follow company policies and government documentation requirements
• comply with USDA and HACCP programs
• maintain production organization and efficiency through planning and communication
• operate a tow motor and use a scale.
