Functional Safety Engineer — Automotive Systems

What you'll do

• Lead development of functional safety system requirements and functional decomposition
• review and approve HARA, functional and technical safety requirements, and validation tests
• contribute to vehicle architecture decisions from a functional-safety perspective
• review supplier and partner safety documents
• lead safety processes and tools and oversee program readiness metrics
• develop SOTIF requirements
• define safety concepts for systems, hardware, and software under ISO 26262
• collaborate across engineering teams and support functional-safety validation.

Why this role
