Job overview

The Code Sensei role is onsite in Franklin, WI, and pays $15–$18 per hour. Code Ninjas Franklin is a game-based learning center where children build coding, problem-solving, creativity, and technology skills. The Sensei coaches students through coding projects and helps them develop independent problem-solving skills in a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

What you'll do

• Coach students through self-paced coding curriculum without simply giving answers
• help students debug and break problems into steps
• explain technology concepts in age-appropriate ways
• support coding and robotics platforms
• follow supervision, safety, and incident-reporting procedures
• assist with camps, parties, tours, and events
• communicate with families and staff
• participate in training and feedback.
