What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails for service departments
• confirm guest appointments
• maintain customer and vehicle information
• contact customers to schedule overdue maintenance and safety recall appointments
• meet phone, appointment, and show-ratio goals
• log calls and appointments in BDC Tracker and call notes in XTime
• follow BDC scripts and guidelines.
